Sheepco’s Story
Long before Sheepco existed, Ryan began to show an entrepreneurial spirit for growth and development and a desire to help people thrive and grow through real estate. This was displayed in many different ways before graduating high school, even buying his first house at the age of 19. Things haven't slowed down since. In 2005, Ryan got his real estate license and began working hard at developing his craft. Over the next 10 years of working hard in real estate, Ryan began to implement some real estate dreams. In 2015, with a small amount of money to invest, he began to transition to flipping houses and building a rental property portfolio. As this venture grew, Ryan and Erin felt the need to take the next step and launch their own company, leading to the founding of Sheepco. The goal was to buy and flip houses to sell or to rent out to residents all across the city. In 2019, Ryan added Frank Erwin to the team to help lead the charge in acquiring more properties to be improved and sold or rented out. With the addition of Frank, Sheepco continued to grow at a rapid pace. The next natural progression for the company was to begin their own brokerage. Sheepco Real Estate Group was created to serve friends, families, and the surrounding community for all their real estate needs. Stacey Barriger, Anna Warren, and Mary Kubik joined the Sheepco team to do just that. The team continued to dream and create goals. Sheepco expanded to include property management, new construction, and development services. In 2022, the Sheepco team welcomed Adam and Allison Alexander. This team is well equipped for growth and excited about the future of Sheepco across Jacksonville and beyond. We have an ever-growing team of realtors ready to work with you today! Ryan Hiebsch President
Ryan Hiebsch is the founder and President of Sheepco. He has a unique mind for business and has been an entrepreneur for most of his life. He has years of experience in real estate and is leading the charge as Sheepco grows and develops. Ryan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance. Ryan’s primary roles at Sheepco include leading the real estate team, working with partners and investors, and setting the direction for the company.
Frank Erwin Vice President
Frank Erwin joined the team in 2019 and is the Vice President of Sheepco. Frank is a go-getter and extremely hard working in his field. He specializes in finding and securing deals of all scopes and sizes. Frank’s primary roles at Sheepco include property acquisitions, timber management, and day to day activities within the business. He graduated from East Carolina University in 2017 with a major in Business Management. In his spare time Frank will either be with his wife and his son, or somewhere in the woods hunting.
Adam Alexander Director of Operations
Adam Alexander joined the team in 2022 to bring a strategic mind to the organization and help with growth and development of the team. He has a long background in leadership, vision casting, and strategic development. Adam’s primary roles at Sheepco include team leadership, property management, and project management.
Erin Hiebsch Director of Marketing
Erin Hiebsch is the co-founder of Sheepco and serves as the Director of Marketing. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing and a background in photography, Erin has an eye for making things flow together. As the company grows, Erin is the leading force behind all of our branding, website development, and marketing to further the reach of Sheepco.
Allison Alexander Manager of Operations
Allison Alexander joined the team in 2021 as the Manager of Operations. She is extremely gifted in details, organization, and structure making her a perfect fit for this role. Allison’s primary roles at Sheepco include managing all real estate transactions, workflow, and systems.
